Please see below for some information to help you prepare for the show. We hope to welcome lots of exhibitors to the Cougar Classic Livestock Show!

•  Stalls are available on a first-come-first-served basis. (You can set up stalls on Saturday, December 14th from 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM | Gates will CLOSE at 5:00 PM | NO ANIMALS)

•  If you are bringing multiple animals and using the stalls, please limit yourself to a minimum of 2 animals per stall. We are expecting a large turnout and need to accommodate everyone.

•  Stalling off your trailer is encouraged (but please clean up after yourself before heading out).

•  Gates Open at 6:00 AM on Sunday, December 15th

•  See below for a map of the unloading & stalling off your trailer zones. Please help us ease traffic flow on Sunday by lining up in the proper line. Signs will also be posted to help direct traffic.

•  You must bring your own shavings (there will be NO shavings on site)

•  Entries on the day of the show are $45/Head (CASH ONLY)

•  Weigh & classify your own | Scales open at 7:00 AM

•  Weight Cards MUST be turned in by 8:30 AM for Steers & Goats and by 10:30 AM for Swine & Lambs

•  Opening Ceremonies will begin at 9:00 AM

•  Showmanship for Steers & Goats will begin at 9:00 AM immediately following opening ceremonies | Swine & Lambs will start after the conclusion of the Steer/Goat show

•  Jackpot Showmanship - $5 CASH at the gate

•  The showmanship order is as follows: Senior (High School), Intermediate (Middle School), and Junior (Elementary School)

•  We do have a Text Alert System, which will be utilized to call for classes (See below for sign-up instructions)

•  FULL Concessions will be available (Thank you S&S Concessions)

•  Sullivan Supply Trailer will be onsite (Thank you, Champion Livestock Supply)

•  Various vendors will be set up! Just in time to do some Christmas Shopping!
